CHRISTIAN EDUCATION Part of the mission of the Akron First UMC is to transform the world by teaching. We accomplish that in multiple ways. The first is a variety of Sunday School classes for all ages ranging from the nursery to adults. Sunday school classes are held every Sunday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM. Another means of teaching are our Family Ministries Night Beginning on Thursday March 10 and continuing until April 14. Programs are available for all ages: nursery for children under the age of 3, a kid’s program with stories out of Genesis, a youth series on conflict, and two adult classes. One adult class will discuss hard issues to tackle in marriage, and the other discusses hard issues to tackle in life. We know life is complicated, and we want you to know that God knows this, too. Yet for as complicated as life is God’s love for us is VERY simple! Come enjoy this program starting at 6:00 PM with a pot-luck dinner and finishing at 8:00 PM! Come and be blessed!
